Shipping
We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders over $50. InnerCircle members receive free ground shipping on all orders. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST are shipped same day. Any high-risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use.
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
All StriVectin orders are shipped out of the US. Orders with standard shipping usually take 5-7 business days from the day it ships until it arrives at its final destination.
Unfortunately, StriVectin does not ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, or Canada at this time.

• Delivery is available throughout the United States. Deliveries to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from delivery times in the contiguous U.S.
• We ship via FedEx for all standard deliveries and are unable to select a carrier due to automated order processing.
