StriVectin monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at StriVectin.com.
Inner Circle points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at StriVectin's discretion.
If a purchase is made outside of StriVectin.com, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange.
If an order is placed that qualifies for a free gift with purchase, and an item is returned that brings the cost of the order under the minimum spend, then terms of the gift with purchase have no longer been met. This may mean that the refunded amount for the returned item is adjusted or no refund will be given if the free gift is not returned as well. For example, if a promotion offers a free 8-piece set with purchases of $100 or more, the customer's order subtotal is $170, and the returned item is $89. The free gift must be returned in this case because the order subtotal without the refunded item is now $81. If the free gift is not returned and it is valued at $50, then a $31 refund will be issued to the customer.

Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.
Items not purchased directly from StriVectin.com or via phone with StriVectin are not usually eligible to be returned to us for a refund or exchange in the first instance. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, you will need to return the items to the location from which they were purchased. If you purchased StriVectin products at a store/spa/salon, please first contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from StriVectin Customer Care.
