What is Auto-Delivery?
Our Auto-Delivery program is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite products without the hassle. Just tell us which products you like, how often you want them, and we'll take it from there. Not only will you never run out of your favorite products, you will receive Free Shipping + 15% OFF on all future orders.
Our program is also customizable - you can make changes online whenever you need. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘Auto- Delivery’ located within the My Account section. Changes to orders can be made any time up to 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time. You always have complete control over your Auto-Delivery orders, and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships.
How do I create a subscription for Auto-Delivery?
Joining is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Delivery option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.
What will happen after I create a subscription?
After you join Auto-Delivery, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access ‘Auto-Delivery' where you can manage your future orders, subscription items and subscription account information.
Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. We will place your Auto-Delivery orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Delivery account, such as if your product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes to my Auto-Delivery orders?
Once you’ve subscribed, Auto-Delivery is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date:
To change your next order date, please visit the ‘My Next Order’ tab under ‘Auto-Delivery’ and click the ‘Change Date’ button near the next order date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
- If an order contains multiple items, and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the ‘Auto-Delivery' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.
Skip a delivery:
To skip an order, please visit the ‘My Next Order’ tab under ‘Auto-Delivery’ and click the ‘Skip Order’ button near the next order date to skip the entire order.
Change shipment frequency:
To modify the delivery frequency for an Auto Delivery item, please visit the ‘Auto-Delivery' tab. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each Subscription item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down next to the Subscription item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.
To cancel an Auto-Delivery item, please visit the ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab and simply click the ‘Pause Subscription’ button under the item quantity. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected ‘ok’, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I make changes to my Auto-Delivery account information?
To review or modify your Auto-Delivery account information, login to your account and view the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section. You can view and change your shipping address or payment information for an individual order or your address information at the subscription item level. You can also change the delivery frequency.
To Change Shipping Information:
Go to ‘My Next Order’ and select ‘Edit’ in the Shipping Info section.
To Change Billing Information:
Go to ‘My Next Order’ and select ‘Edit’ in the Default Billing Info section.
Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
What is the difference between the 'My Next Order' and ‘Auto-Delivery ’ tabs?
The ‘My Next Order’ tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Auto-Delivery if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
The ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab displays individual subscriptions items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity and shipping address.
How do I view my future deliveries?
You can view your future orders in the ‘My Next Order’ tab in the Auto-Delivery section of your account. Your very next scheduled order will be displayed. To see additional deliveries, click on the down arrow next to the next scheduled order date below ‘View Upcoming Orders’.
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
Auto-Delivery items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.
If you have more than one Auto-Delivery item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab in the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
How do I add items to my existing Auto Delivery shipments?
By adding items to your scheduled Auto Delivery shipments, you’ll receive 10% off these items and you’ll benefit from free shipping! To add items, log into your StriVectin account. Then look for the button that says “Add this to my next order” on a Quick View or Product Page. If the product is eligible for Auto Delivery, you’ll be able to choose your frequency and sign up for a subscription. If the product is not eligible for Auto Delivery, you can still add it as a one-time purchase to your upcoming order (but will not receive 10% off unless an Auto-Delivery schedule is selected).
What types of payment are accepted for Auto-Delivery?
All Auto-Delivery subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.
What is Inner Circle?
Inner Circle Rewards is the loyalty program for strivectin.com. This program allows you to earn points for purchasing online at Strivectin.com, reviewing products on Strivectin.com and referring friends who make purchases on Strivectin.com. The points can be redeemed towards dollars off future Strivectin.com purchases.
Is there any fee required to join?

How do I earn points?
You can earn points in a number of ways. Receive 1 point for every dollar you spend on eligible strivectin.com purchases (excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns). Additionally, earn 10 points for writing a product review on Strivectin.com and 50 points for referring a friend that purchases on Strivectin.com (referrals must be made through the "My Referrals tab under the "My Account" section of current Inner Circle members). For every 200 points earned, receive $20 towards your next purchase.
What purchases can I earn points on?
Merchandise purchases on strivectin.com or through StriVectin Customer Care, excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns, are eligible to be counted as StriVectin Inner Circle purchases. Eligible purchases are only counted when you are enrolled in the StriVectin Inner Circle program. Always remember to sign in to your StriVectin account when making a purchase. When ordering via phone, you will be asked for name, address, phone number or email address to identify you as a StriVectin customer and as an Inner Circle member. If you purchase through Strivectin.com as a guest user or do not order through our StriVectin Customer Care, your purchase will not be counted toward your StriVectin Inner Circle purchases. You will not see points immediately reflected in your account after making a purchase. Points will be rewarded once your order ships and a tracking number is received.
Purchases made at Department Store, Specialty Retail locations or any third-party websites other than Strivectin.com do not qualify for points earned towards your StriVectin Inner Circle rewards.
Are points awarded on purchases made before joining joining Inner Circle?
No. Purchases made prior to joining Inner Circle are not eligible to earn points.
It's my birthday this month. Why didn't I receive my birthday offer?
If you did not receive a birthday offer in the month of your birthday, it is probably because we don't have your birth month and date saved.
To add your birthday, sign into your account and navigate to "My Account" via the drop down located in the upper right corner where "Hi, [your name]" is detailed. Under "My Account" you'll find fields to add your birthday under "Account Settings". Simply input your details and click "Save". If you provide your birthday information during your birth month, you may not receive your birthday offer until the following month.
NOTE: We send our birthday offer emails once a month, at the end of each month. So if your birthday falls at the beginning of the month, you likely wont receive your birthday offer until months end.
Do Inner Circle reward points expire?
Yes, Inner Circle Rewards points expire one year from the date they are added to your account. That means your points balance could change as points you have not redeemed will expire.
How can I view my points balance?
To view your balance and activity, sign into your account and navigate to "My Account" via the drop down located in the upper right corner where "Hi, [your name]" is detailed. Your "Account Dashboard" will highlight your current points total and rewards earned.
How do I redeem points?
To redeem your cash rewards, login to your account and shop strivectin.com. Within the shopping bag on the upper right side, you'll be able to select reward points in 200 point increments ($20) to be applied to your order. Up to 1000 points ($100) can be applied to any single order.
I wrote a review. Where are my points?
Point rewards for writing a review are not awarded to your account until your review has approved our moderation guidelines and been posted to strivectin.com. You will receive an alert once your review has posted at which time your account will update to reflect the awarded points. Points will not be awarded for reviews that did not pass our moderation guidelines.
NOTE: Once your review is approved and posted, points will be awarded on the following Sunday.

Are your products tested on animals?
No. StriVectin does not and will not test on animals.
Do your products contain parabens?
No. StriVectin products are Paraben-free.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Many of our products produce short-term visible improvements within minutes. Over our clinically tested timeline of 2, 4 and 8 weeks, more dramatic, long-term improvements will also occur. For most, a noticeable improvement will be seen in approximately 2-4 weeks.
How long do the products last?
If following application instructions, our products typically last 2-6 months, depending on the item. We recommend using our products within the recommended period after opening, which is indicated on each tube.
How do I know which StriVectin products are right for my skin?
Select the appropriate StriVectin product based on your greatest skin care needs. In other words, consider what about your skin you’d most like to improve. What is NIA-114™?
NIA-114 is a patented form of Vitamin B3 that enables optimal delivery of the molecule into the skin surface. Once absorbed, NIA-114 helps boost skin’s natural revitalization, to ultimately reveal replenished, healthier looking skin. The results are visible improvements in skin texture, tone, firmness and reduced discoloration.
How long will it take for the first blush to subside?
A flush will not last more than 1-2 hours after applying the product. It presents quickly (within 15 minutes) and dissipates quickly. To reduce the effect, apply a cold compress to the skin.
If I stop using the products, will it reverse the improvements in my skin?
No. Improvements made to skin texture and appearance will remain, but continued use is suggested to maintain optimal results.
Can I use StriVectin products with other skin care products?
Yes. StriVectin is a problem-solution skin treatment brand intended to be used with other products and as part of a complete regimen. There are no contraindications for using StriVectin with other skin care brands.
Can you use StriVectin products and still tan or use self-tanning products?
Yes. The technology in StriVectin will not interfere with the efficacy of tanning or tanning products.
Can you go out in the sun after using StriVectin?
Yes, the ingredients within the StriVectin products do not increase photosensitivity; therefore, sun exposure after using these products is fine. To avoid additional damage to the skin, always use smart sun safety tips and sunscreen at all times.
Can you use StriVectin if you have rosacea?
Yes. However, due to sensitivity of individuals with rosacea, we recommend a test patch of the products on the neck or jaw line.
Can all skin types and colors use StriVectin?
Yes, StriVectin products are for all skin types as well as all colors of skin.
Can you use StriVectin if you have acne?
We do not advise applying any StriVectin skin care product to open acne lesions. In addition, to be safe, apply a patch test prior to using any of the StriVectin products on the entire face.
Can you use StriVectin before or after a treatment (e.g. chemical peel)?
Yes, begin product usage at least 2 weeks before treatment and if one hasn’t begun the products beforehand, refrain from introducing a new product to the skin for 2 weeks after treatment.
Are the products safe to use when pregnant or nursing?
While there are no contraindications for use, it is recommended to consult your physician prior to use.
If your doctor advises you to avoid Vitamin B3 (Niacin), can you still use the products?
For individuals with Vitamin B3 (Niacin) allergies or those on prescription drugs for which it is not recommended, it is best to consult your physician prior to using the new StriVectin products.
What is the shelf-life of the products and can you extend it with refrigeration?
Shelf-life of all StriVectin products is 3 years, except for Age Protect Sunscreen which is 2 years. The Period After Opening (PAO) is also listed on each package and ranges from 6-24 months. With exception of TL 360 Tightening Eye Serum, we do not recommend placing products in the refrigerator.
