Will the Instant Retexturizing Scrub remove make-up?

The Instant Retexturizing Scrub will remove some make-up, as it contains surfactants, but not eye or waterproof make-up.

Why do you recommend using the Instant Retexturizing Scrub only 2-3 times per week?

2-3 times per week usage is adequate to achieve its purpose of keeping skin free of dead skin build-up and priming for treatment.
